Our preferred automaker announced today that the 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid will arrive in dealerships this spring with unique styling, a rebuilt powertrain, and--gasp--best-in-class gas mileage.

Last week, a press briefing about the upcoming Honda Civic Tour was held in New York. Nicholas Lee, Honda's National Advertising Manager, spoke at the event, and so did the tour's headliners: Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas.

The staff at Edmunds is, of course, referring to the 2016 Honda Pilot. Its aerodynamic styling, advanced safety features and powerful specs are just the many reasons why reputable online resources are touting the features of the SUV/crossover. Kelley Blue Book, for example, named the 2016 Honda Pilot the Best Buy of the Year among SUVs/crossovers.

When you think “green” and “vehicle,” do you automatically then think of an SUV? Most people don’t. Small, streamlined hybrids are what come to mind when you think of energy efficiency, hybrid or more eco-friendly cars.
